Role:
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you'll help children from birth to age 21 build essential skills for independence—from fine motor development to sensory integration, self-care, and more. Whether it's zipping a coat, holding a pencil, or navigating sensory challenges, you'll make therapy feel like play—because it is. ✨
What You'll Do:
✅ Evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental and sensory-based challenges ✅ Develop fun, engaging, and personalized treatment plans that engage and motivate ✅ Use play-based, evidence-backed techniques to improve mobility and development ✅ Collaborate with families to support progress at home ✅ Work alongside an amazing team of therapists and specialists ✅ Collaborate with a team of passionate healthcare professionals with clear and timely communication•including other therapists, assistants, service coordinators, translators, and office administrators ✅ Refer clients to resources as necessary ✅ Maintain HIPAA compliance with all communication ✅ Attend mandatory staff meetings ✅ Celebrate every milestone—big or small!
What We're Looking For:
✅ Licensed Occupational Therapist (Colorado DORA license) from an accredited OT program ✅ Passion for working with children in a fun, energetic setting ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✅ CPR certification preferred ✅ Creativity, patience, and a heart for making therapy exciting
