Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric clients in Lakewood, CO . You'll help patients improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through skilled, client-centered care.
Compensation & Scheduling:
Competitive Pay:
$70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
Start of Care Visits:
Up to $120 per
SOC Part-Time Availability:
10-20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Conduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical expertise Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated support Why Join Amazing Care?
