Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy NBCOT Certificate Must hold a current state license to practice in
CO Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat children ages 0-21 with a variety of diagnoses and developmental delays Write evaluation reports, treatment plans, progress reports, correspondence and other paperwork needed to provide high quality services and maintain records in EMR Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including: physicians, psychologists, therapists, school staff, and parents to provide holistic services Participate in parent, community, and professional training efforts Participate in activities aimed at developing and marketing the program Strong organizational skills/ self-motivated/ ability to be flexible and adapt to changing schedules/ great at time management/ strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Pay:
$55.00 - $75.00 per hour
