1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation unit, requiring at least 6 months of recent OT experience and NBCOT certification. Details Inpatient rehabilitation unit with 20 beds and 17 total staff members Day shift team includes 7 Occupational Therapists, 9 Physical Therapists, and 2 Speech Therapists Patient ratio of 4:1 Specialized equipment includes Vector System, Lite Gait Systems, BITS, and VR technology EMR system used is Meditech Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 13-week assignment Requirements Minimum 6 months of current Occupational Therapy experience required NBCOT certification required Active Occupational Therapy license required in Colorado (license required if applicable) BLS certification required Inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute care experience preferred Experience with neurological and orthopedic patient populations preferred No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months Additional Information Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations and treatments Work within an interdisciplinary team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Best suited for outgoing, adaptable, and flexible candidates who thrive in team-focused settings Gray or black colored scrubs required Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
