Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students as an Occupational Therapist, providing specialized support in a school-based setting near Montrose, CO. Key Qualifications:
Active, valid Occupational Therapy license Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for empowering students to achieve their goals
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans to support their educational growth Deliver direct onsite therapy services to students, addressing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and professional standards Consult with teachers and participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable OT insights Provide strategies and recommendations to adapt classroom environments
