We offer a wide range of care levels, from our high-acuity Respiratory Unit, to our Short-Term Rehab, Secured Memory Care, and even Outpatient Services—giving you the opportunity to grow your clinical skills across diverse settings, all under one roof.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents to improve independence in daily living. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing, respiratory therapy, and social services. Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Educate residents, families, and staff on strategies for continued progress and support. Document timely and accurate progress notes and care plans in EMR.
