Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and flexible Travel Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality occupational therapy services in a variety of healthcare settings across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, compassionate, and committed to helping patients regain independence in their daily lives.Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and therapy goals. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living (ADLs). Provide interventions that help patients adapt to physical and cognitive challenges. Document patient progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and home exercises. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Travel to different facilities or client homes and quickly adapt to new environments and teams.Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OT). Active Occupational Therapist license in practicing state(s) or eligible for licensure. Previous experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not required). CPR certification. Strong communication and time management skills. Willingness and ability to travel for assignments.Benefits:
