Responsibilities include:
Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and needs. Provide engaging, play-based occupational therapy services. Monitor progress and update goals as appropriate. Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover at home. Work closely with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Mental Health providers, educators, physicians, and other professionals. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Required:
Current Connecticut Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) Passion for working with children and families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
Pediatric experience Experience with sensory integration, executive functioning, feeding, handwriting, or autism spectrum disorders New graduates are encouraged to apply!
