Qualifications:

Active Connecticut Occupational Therapist license required Previous experience in a school setting preferred Proven ability to manage a caseload of 15-35 students Comfortable supporting students with a range of disabilities, including ED, ASD, ADHD, ODD, and LD Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students across both campuses Assess students needs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions addressing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and progress reviews Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals Adapt therapy strategies as needed to meet changing caseload demands Youll play a vital role in helping each student unlock their full potential, working in an environment that values innovation and collaboration.
