Job Description

Join our team of therapists, at the largest Orthopedic Practice in Southeastern CT! Orthopedic Partners, is a Physician-owned, Orthopedic multi-specialty Practice, with locations in N Franklin & Niantic. Work directly with Board Certified, on-site Orthopedic Surgeons, to develop Patient-centered treatment plans, goals, & outcomes. Treatments include a full range of modalities: from conservative through post-op rehabilitation.
Treatment includes:
Worker's Comp, Sports-related injuries, Repetitive injures, tears, strains, osteoarthritis, total joint replacements/reconstructions Advanced skills a plus ( Custom Orthotics) Practice-focused Patient satisfaction Professional training, CEU's & licensing reimbursed by company Full EHR New grads welcome Quarterly Productivity Bonuses Company paid Malpractice Insurance Full Benefit Package, including Health/Dental/Short Term Disability, 401k with Match, Profit Sharing Plan, PTO, Paid Holidays Must hold a CT License, or eligible
