Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30

PM Compensation:

Salary is competitive and based on experience. Quarterly production bonuses are available. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications:

Current Physicial Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) license/certification required upon hire Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Hand experience preferred as well!

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients using age- and diagnosis-appropriate assessment tools to identify functional limitations and establish individualized treatment plans. Develop and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' function, independence, and quality of life. Educate patients and family members through instruction, demonstration, and/or written materials regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, joint protection, and self-management strategies. Communicate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient progress and plan of care. Review available medical records and obtain pertinent medical history from patients and/or family members. Complete all required documentation, outcome measures, and progress notes in a timely manner. Utilize available resources, equipment, and support staff to maximize efficiency and quality of care. Maintain productivity standards while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Willingness to cross-train and treat a variety of orthopedic diagnoses and patient populations.

INDP Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
