Youll split your 30-hour workweek between 10 hours at a high school and 20 hours at an elementary school, focusing on make-up sessions and meeting a variety of student needs.

Qualifications:

Active state licensure and credentials in Occupational Therapy for school-based practice Previous experience working in school settings, ideally with both high school and elementary populations Ability to work independently, as no COTA support will be provided Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Flexibility and adaptability to shifting caseloads and priorities

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students, addressing individual education plans (IEPs) and supporting academic success Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies tailored to each student Manage a blend of make-up sessions and regular services across two school levels Maintain thorough, timely records and documentation for each student seen Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student progress Travel between school buildings as needed based on your weekly schedule
