Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid OT license in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Able to work independentlyno COTA assistance

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive OT services to students grades K-12, focusing on both direct interventions and makeup sessions Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student progress Keep clear, timely documentation and progress notes per school and state guidelines Adapt to varied educational environments and embrace diverse caseloads as needed
