Qualifications:

Hold a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Possess a valid OT license (or be eligible to obtain one) Bring prior experience working with children or in school-based settings Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Exhibit flexibility and reliability in adapting to evolving student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs and 504 Plans Assess and document students functional abilities, needs, and progress Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement intervention strategies Support students in enhancing fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-regulation, and participation in school routines Contribute to professional meetings and provide consultative support to educational staff
