Position Overview We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-person pediatric clinic in Middletown, Connecticut. This position offers a flexible part-time opportunity with a minimum of 15 hours available per week during clinic hours. We are also able to assist with developing a caseload for the right OT candidate, providing an opportunity to build hours based on availability and client needs. Schedule Clinic hours available between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Minimum of 15 hours per week Part-time schedule Additional hours may be developed based on client needs and candidate availability Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in a clinical setting. Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on each child's needs. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team. Communicate effectively regarding client progress, goals, and treatment recommendations. Support children in developing functional, developmental, and daily living skills. Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Connecticut. Experience working with pediatric clients preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
