Experience:

Active Connecticut Occupational Therapy (OT) license (required) Experience in school-based OT preferred Familiarity with diverse disabilities, including ED, ASD, ADHD, ODD, LD, and more Passion for working with a K-12 population Adaptability to varying caseloads (1535 students)

Responsibilities:

Deliver school-based OT services across grades K12 Serve students with a range of disabilities, supporting their participation in academic and daily activities Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement IEP goals Utilize evidence-based strategies in multiple school settings (Wallingford and Norwalk campuses) Document progress and adjust interventions as needed Benefits /
