Position Overview We are currently seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to support clients during morning and afternoon shifts. This position is ideal for professionals looking to work in a collaborative and supportive environment that values clinical excellence and meaningful patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Deliver hands-on occupational therapy interventions that promote independence and function. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, nurses, social workers, and caregivers. Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and long-term wellness strategies. Requirements Active Connecticut Occupational Therapist License (OT) required.
