Your Impact Starts at Home As our Occupational Therapist, you'll deliver personalized, high-quality therapy services directly to clients in their homes. You'll assess needs, craft care plans, and guide recovery with compassion and clinical excellence. In some cases, you'll also lead as the case manager for clients receiving therapy-only services. What You'll Do Conduct thorough assessments and skilled therapy procedures Design and update care plans tailored to each client's goals Educate clients and caregivers for long-term success Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Supervise OT Assistants and Home Health Aides Champion safety and infection control standards What You Bring Degree in Occupational Therapy and active state license Healthcare experience (home care preferred) CPR certification and strong communication skills Independence, reliability, and a heart for service Valid driver's license and insured vehicle Physical & Travel Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to client homes Use of phones, computers, and clinical tools daily Occasional off-site meetings Perks & Benefits Competitive pay Supportive team culture Meaningful work that changes lives Ready to bring healing home?
