Bear, Delaware Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license Experience working as an OT in school settings Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy techniques Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
