Desired Skills and Experience:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in a school setting preferred Home Health and/or broader healthcare OT experience is valued Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to students based on IEP recommendations Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and progress Develop, document, and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Support students in acquiring and improving functional and academic skills Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
