Travel OT Home Health jobs in Dover, DE offer a 13-week assignment with 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, serving Sussex County. You will visit 5 to 6 patients daily, providing occupational therapy to help clients regain independence in their homes. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting care using Homecare Home Base. A Delaware OT license is required. Home health experience is preferred, but seasoned therapists with geriatric experience in SNF or ALF settings are also considered and may be eligible for a longer contract.
