Valid and active Occupational Therapist license required Previous experience in schools strongly preferred Demonstrated skill supporting students with autism and behavioral challenges Consistent reliability and ability to adhere to scheduled hours, 37.5 per week (no part-time consideration) Reliable transportation and comfort with daily commute Able to pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and background check Proficient with technology for virtual interviews (Microsoft Teams)

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions tailored to students with diverse needs Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families to formulate student-centered goals and IEPs Document progress, maintain compliance, and contribute to a positive team environment Maintain professional communication and notify appropriate contacts in case of absences
