Travel OT Home Health jobs in Wilmington, DE are available for an ASAP start on a 13-week contract, working Monday through Friday 8-hour days with 40 hours per week. You must have a current Delaware OT license and home health experience. The caseload is 5-6 visits per day, and documentation is completed using Homecare Home Base EMR. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile. Your responsibilities include providing skilled occupational therapy in patient homes, evaluating functional status, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support independence and safety.
