Qualifications & Experience:

Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Delaware Experience supporting pediatric populations (preferred) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans in a school setting Collaborative approach when working with educators, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments for students as part of their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Develop and execute evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs Advocate for students' access to school environments and educational materials Maintain accurate, compliant records and documentation Consult with teachers, support staff, and caregivers regarding progress and recommendations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
