Qualifications and Experience:

Valid OT license and certification required, with credentials suitable for school-based practice Previous experience working in educational settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Exceptional communication and documentation skills Commitment to delivering hands-on, student-centered support

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group occupational therapy sessions for students as mandated by their IEPs Assess students functional abilities and develop therapeutic interventions to address fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill needs Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies supporting educational participation Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines Engage actively in IEP meetings and contribute insights to drive positive student outcomes
