Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience working in school settings or similar pediatric environments Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery and home health models Strong background in both fine and gross motor intervention techniques Ability to design individualized treatment plans to address diverse student needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify student needs in fine and gross motor development Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services, both in-person and virtually Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student learning goals Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with relevant laws and guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary teams recommendations Educate school staff and caregivers on strategies to support students increased independence
