Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to provide occupational therapy services to students in a supportive educational setting for the upcoming 26/27 school year. Key Qualifications:

Valid Delaware OT license or Delaware COTA license Experience delivering school-based occupational therapy services preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families Knowledge of IEP documentation, goal-setting, and progress monitoring Ability to adapt interventions to meet varied student needs in a dynamic educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess students' motor, sensory, and functional abilities within the school setting Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support educational objectives Work closely with other educational professionals to ensure the best support for each student Maintain meticulous records, including evaluation reports, treatment notes, and progress documentation Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations to contribute expertise and insights Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support student success throughout the school day
