Key Qualifications:

Active OT license valid in the state of Delaware Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred Ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions for children Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with students, staff, and families Reliable and punctual for consistent in-person sessions

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of 14 students Assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy based on IEP goals Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school guidelines and legal requirements Consult regularly with teachers and families to support student program development Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed Attend meetings and contribute to a supportive, student-centered atmosphere
