Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Odessa, DE seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026-2027 school year . This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, including high school autism programs and general education students . This is a great fit for an OT looking for a flexible, part-time school-based schedule with a meaningful impact.

Schedule:
30 hours/week (36-week assignment)
Work Schedule:
4 days per week | 7.5 hours/day Caseload / Coverage 3 days: High School & 18-22 Autism program 1 day: Elementary general education caseload Mix of specialized and general education students Compensation & Benefits Hourly equivalent: $45.50 to $49.10 an hour Part-time schedule with consistent school-year hours Opportunity to work in a supportive district Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to students Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Support students with autism and developmental needs Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements Qualifications Active Delaware OT License required School-based or pediatric experience preferred Experience with autism populations strongly preferred Ability to work onsite in a school setting Additional Information In-person candidates only Well-balanced caseload across age groups Supportive and structured school environment If you are an Occupational Therapist seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year , apply now!
