Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Current Delaware licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience or passion for working in a school environment Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families Ability to assess, plan, and implement individual or group therapy sessions Familiarity with IEP goals, documentation, and compliance standards
Core Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with prescribed IEP goals Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans targeting student needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student participation in classroom and school activities Maintain accurate and timely records, report progress, and comply with state and federal special education regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations to support student success
