$57 per hour Join Our Rehabilitation Team Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you will help residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance their overall quality of life through individualized therapy programs. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your expertise truly makes a difference. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on residents' functional goals. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living activities. Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care. Assist residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability in maximizing their functional potential. Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current and active Florida Occupational Therapist license Clear/active license and Level 2 background screening Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred Why Join Us?
