as an Occupational Therapist PRN and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. We are dedicated to providing exceptional home health care services in Clearwater, FL, and are looking for passionate professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' functional abilities. Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions in a home setting. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress. Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards in home health care.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Florida. Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
