Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team! In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population across inpatient, outpatient, and sub-acute care settings. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care that promotes recovery and independence. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans. Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, orthotics interventions in occupational therapy, and use of medical equipment. Manage post-acute care cases, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, and geriatric populations with specialized approaches. Utilize your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and orthopedics to inform effective treatment strategies. Operate medical equipment safely and efficiently during therapy sessions to enhance patient outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress meticulously through detailed reports and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Skills Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role across diverse settings such as hospitals, clinics, or sub-acute facilities. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, and medical terminology essential for precise assessments and interventions. Skilled in hand therapy occupational practice and orthotics interventions within occupational therapy frameworks. Experience with inpatient care, post-acute rehabilitation, outpatient services, geriatrics, and dance therapy is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical equipment operation relevant to physical therapy procedures. Familiarity with hospital medicine protocols and outpatient clinic workflows to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients on treatment plans and progress while working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
