We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and energetic Occupational Therapist to help children participate more independently in the activities that matter most from holding a pencil and getting dressed to regulating emotions and confidently joining classroom routines. S & M Therapy is a multidisciplinary practice providing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis services. Our collaborative team works across schools, our therapy center, and clients' homes to provide individualized, family-centered care. What You'll Do Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in school, center, and home settings. Address fine-motor, visual-motor, sensory-processing, self-care, play, and daily-living skills. Establish measurable goals based on each client's needs and functional priorities. Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, BCBAs, RBTs, teachers, caregivers, and other professionals. Educate families and school staff on strategies that support progress across environments. Complete session notes, progress reports, evaluations, and other required documentation accurately and on time. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies when clinically appropriate. Participate in team meetings, care coordination, and interdisciplinary case discussions. Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, organizational, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Occupational Therapist license in the state where services are provided. Current NBCOT certification, when required. Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it. Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned service locations, when applicable.
