We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary therapy team. The OT will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with developmental, sensory, motor, self-care, and functional skill needs. Services may be provided in home, school, daycare, clinic, and/or telehealth settings, depending on client needs. The ideal candidate will develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based occupational therapy services, monitor client progress, complete accurate and timely documentation, and collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals. Treatment may address fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, coordination, activities of daily living, attention, and functional independence. The OT must maintain all required professional licenses and credentials and provide services in accordance with clinical, ethical, insurance, and regulatory standards. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping children increase independence and participate successfully in daily activities.
