Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Clinic (OT)

Position:

Occupational Therapist (OT) We are actively seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team across multiple South Florida locations including West Palm Beach, Coral Springs, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale.

What You Will Do:

Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor the progress of each child on your caseload Administer therapy programs using selected activities and specialized equipment to restore and enhance performance Develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs Collaborate effectively with coworkers, families, and caregivers Maintain excellent communication with the care team and client families Manage your caseload efficiently with strong time management

What We Are Looking For:

✅ Active Florida DOH License in Occupational Therapy (Required) ✅ Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required) ✅ Strong independent clinical judgment ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Ability to collaborate in a team environment ✅ Strong work ethic, initiative, and positive attitude ✅ Pediatric experience preferred but not mandatory

$80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
