Job Description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this onsite role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety to maximize independence and quality of life. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in our EMR.
