Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure and credential required Experience with PreK-12th grade students preferred Skilled in evaluations, IEP development, and providing direct therapy Familiarity with school-based documentation and best practices Strong communication and collaboration abilities Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) with school experience are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' needs and determine goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents Track progress and document student outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines Support inclusion by adapting learning environments and materials Provide training and consultative support to staff and family members
