What We Offer Earn up to $2,200 in weekly gross compensation Up to $28,600 in gross compensation over the 13-week assignment Full-time, 13-week contract 40 hours per week Consistent scheduling Opportunity for contract extension or permanent placement Supportive therapy leadership and clinical teams Daily Pay available Benefits available for eligible employees What You'll Do Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care Provide skilled interventions that promote independence with activities of daily living Help residents improve strength, coordination, cognition, safety, and functional abilities Recommend and train residents in the use of adaptive equipment Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge documentation, and other required records accurately and timely Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and recommendations Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care Maintain compliance with federal, state, professional, and facility requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Florida Occupational Therapist license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred Knowledge of documentation and regulatory requirements in a skilled nursing environment Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care About HSM Staffing HSM Staffing connects talented therapy professionals with opportunities throughout a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.
