Job Description
RemoteRehab Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing rehab team at Windsor at Celebration in Celebration, FL. We provide high quality outpatient therapy services within an assisted living and memory care community, helping seniors improve independence, safety, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients within the assisted living and memory care setting at Windsor at CelebrationAddress ADLs, functional mobility, upper extremity function, cognition, safety awareness, and overall independenceDevelop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily function and quality of lifeComplete accurate and timely documentation in WebPTCommunicate effectively with nursing staff, caregivers, physicians, and the rehab teamProvide compassionate, evidence based care while maintaining a positive and professional attitudeWhat Were Looking For:
