Join Our Team at RemoteRehab RemoteRehab In Home Physical Therapy is growing and we are looking for a compassionate and motivated PRN / Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Celebration location . We specialize in one-on-one, patient-centered care focused on helping individuals regain independence, improve mobility, and safely age in place. Our model allows you to truly connect with patients without the pressure of high-volume clinic settings. This role primarily serves adult and geriatric populations within the Celebration area. Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled OT services focused on ADLs, safety, and functional independence Educate patients and caregivers on home safety, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and physicians to ensure coordinated care Document all visits accurately and in a timely manner using WebPT Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment Requirements Active Florida Occupational Therapist license Experience with the geriatric population preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Comfortable working in both in-home and outpatient settings Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team About RemoteRehab RemoteRehab is a mobile outpatient therapy company focused on delivering high-quality, personalized care directly to patients .
