With a scenic lakefront location in Lake Placid, FL, our 180-bed center offers a full continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, and respite services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to enhance residents' functional abilities and independence Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and treatment sessions to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in staff training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments About the
