- Responsibilities include:
- + Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. + Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. + Required BLS or completion of BayCare's Basic Resuscitation Course (BRC).
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- + Occupational Therapist State of Florida Licensure + Basic Life Support + Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
Education:
- + Bachelors Occupational Therapy + Preferred Masters Occupational Therapy
Experience:
- + 1 year Occupational Therapy experience +
- Preferred 1 year Home Care
