We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and help them regain independence in their daily activities. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs. Select therapeutic activities designed to promote independence in daily living activities. Monitor and assist residents as they participate in assigned therapeutic activities. Assess resident progress, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare comprehensive reports. Provide rehabilitation services to residents affected by injury, illness, or other conditions. Maintain resident confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of resident information. Audit records to ensure accurate documentation of resident care and services. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality resident care. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Florida. At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred. Why Join Us?
