Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our clinic-based team. This role focuses on helping children develop the skills necessary for independence in daily activities, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and social participation. The ideal candidate is collaborative, engaging, and passionate about working with children and families in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric clients using standardized and clinical assessment tools Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services in a clinic setting Address areas such as: Fine and gross motor development Sensory processing and regulation Activities of daily living (ADLs) Visual-motor integration Feeding and oral motor skills (if applicable) Educate and collaborate with caregivers to support carryover of skills at home Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, etc.) Participate in team meetings, care coordination, and progress reporting Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Active Florida Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) NBCOT certification required Experience in pediatrics preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to take on future COTA hires, and/or students

Pay:

$45.00 - $53.00 per hour
