Neuromov Rehabilitation & Wellness is a neuro-specialized Hybrid rehabilitation practice providing evidence-based occupational therapy services to adults with neurological conditions. We are hiring a Neuro Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one mobile neuro OT care in the home and community setting. This position is ideal for clinicians with IRF or acute care experience who are passionate about neurological recovery, upper extremity function, cognition, and ADL independence . Consistent PRN 20 hrs Schedule 5-6 patient visits per day 2-5 days per week Flexible scheduling Daytime hours Patient Population Stroke / CVA Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Brachial Plexus Injury Neurological and neurodegenerative conditions Responsibilities Provide skilled neuro occupational therapy in the home , Clinic and community setting Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Focus on upper extremity rehabilitation, training in motor control, cognition, ADLs, and functional mobility Utilize task-specific, evidence-based neuro rehabilitation techniques Complete timely documentation per payer and compliance standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary neuro rehab providers as needed Required Qualifications Current Florida Occupational Therapist license Minimum 1 year experience in IRF or acute care Strong background in neurological rehabilitation Experience or strong interest in neuroplasticity-based treatment approaches Must have neuro rehab certifications or willingness to pursue certifications Reliable transportation for mobile visits Active CPR certification Preferred Qualifications Neuro certifications such as

NDT, LSVT BIG, PNF
