Part-Time | 2-3 Days Per Week | Flexible Scheduling Language Link Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Margate therapy center. This is a great opportunity for an OT looking for a flexible part-time schedule while working with a young pediatric population. Our kiddos are typically 2-6 years old , allowing you to focus on early childhood development and make a meaningful impact during some of the most important developmental years. A Schedule That Can Work Around Your Life We understand that therapists have lives and families outside of work. Rather than requiring one rigid schedule, we can build a consistent schedule around your availability. Our center operates between approximately 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM , and this position can be structured for 2-3 days per week . For therapists with school-aged children of their own, we can also explore a school-friendly schedule that allows you to work primarily while your children are in school. What You'll Do You'll provide individualized occupational therapy to young children with a variety of developmental needs.

Responsibilities include:

Providing pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment Developing individualized plans of care and functional goals Addressing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor, coordination, and developmental skills Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other members of the child's therapy team Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation Helping families understand and carry over therapeutic strategies outside of sessions What We're Looking For Florida-licensed Occupational Therapist Experience working with ASD Strong communication and documentation skills Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about pediatric therapy Why Language Link Therapy?
