Job Description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in our inpatient rehab setting. You will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, document progress in EMR systems, and contribute to discharge planning.
