Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Home Health experience required OASIS experience required BLS CPR required Master's required Assignment Details 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM No weekend or on-call requirement Coverage area includes Brevard County Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient Primary responsibilities include evaluations, reassessments, and discharge Productivity expectation is 30 points per 40 hours and you'll be contacted by a recruiter who'll give you more information!
