Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Kendall/Bird Road, Miami, FL We're partnering with a well-established, therapist-led pediatric practice that has spent over 20 years helping children and adolescents in Miami build greater independence.

They provide personalized, one-on-one Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy in a warm, family-centered environment — and now they're in search of an OT to join their cause. In this role, you'll work closely with children with autism, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, and other sensorimotor needs — supporting growth in fine and gross motor coordination, sensory integration, postural control, attention, self-care, feeding, and more.

• 55,000 annually
• Flexible W-2 (PTO + health insurance at 50% contribution on a 2-year contract) or 1099 arrangement
• Mon-Fri, 10 AM-7 PM, plus rotating Saturdays (about once a month)
• ~8 cases per day with full 60-minute sessions — real time with every child, no revolving door
